How long is the show?

The virtual production is 1 hour long.

What are the technical requirements for viewing the show?

Access to a computer with an internet connection. The video will be online and does not require any additional applications. However, we do recommend streaming the show to your TV for the best viewing experience.

Do I need a TV or specific channel to watch the show?

The show will not appear on a specific TV channel. We recommend streaming the show to your TV for the best viewing experience. However, the show can also be viewed on a computer or tablet.

How do I stream the show to my TV?

I received an access code for the show, but no email. Where do I enter this?

If you simply received an access code, please go to our ticketing site and select ‘Already Have Tickets?’ at the top of the event page to enter your access code.

Why is my video so small?

For optimal viewing experience, we recommend you select the full-screen viewing option (click the symbol that looks like four arrows pointing outwards in the bottom right-hand corner of your video screen).

Why am I having trouble seeing/hearing the video?

The quality of your playback experience is largely dependent on how your internet service provider connects to the streamer’s playback servers. Please keep in mind that your internet speed can vary depending on many factors, including but not limited to: time of day, WiFi performance, other devices/ users utilizing your connection, and the strength of the signal provided by your ISP.

How can I best enjoy the show?

Enjoy the show with your family and be ready to interact with the characters in the story. Make some room around your viewing area to move around and dance!
